These guys were great. I had an emergency plumbing situation at night, they showed up even earlier than estimated (which was HUGELY needed in the situation), were super professional, quick and informative.
They had bilingual staff on hand which was extremely helpful in communicating a situation which involved accessing a property line with a neighbor who had limited English, and Juan made the whole ordeal as stress free as a plumbing disaster can be.
Their rates are reasonable, they're fast workers, and they're good communicators. I'm keeping them on speed dial.

Juan saved the day! The main line plumbing into the house was done incorrectly by a contractor. I tried to repair it but it failed and water was leaking everywhere. The main shutoff at the street had to be used to shut off the water. I could have tried to repair it again, but I decided to call Juan!

OMG, service, service, service! So I noticed that water was leaking from the ceiling of my kitchen when the shower was running above it upstairs. I called Juan's Plumbing to come and check it out. Juan and Jose were here in 30 minutes!!! They diagnosed the problem within another 30 minutes. They replaced a pipe to fix the problem within an hour an a half. Juan and his team are amazing
I had a clogged shower and we hired an unknowingly hired an inexperienced plumber who used the wrong auger and ended it up getting it stuck in the drain. So now not only did we have a clogged shower we now had an auger stuck more than 25 ft in the drain. The other plumbers wanted to cut into our walls and remove pipe to get the auger out. I promptly asked them to leave. This was a very stressful situation. I found Juan on a contractor website and he had great reviews. I reached out to him in a panic. He was very professional and was on site within two hours. He assessed the situation and with another member of his crew they were able to work the auger out (this took persistence and physical labor) they were able to get it unstuck with out cutting into the walls! Whew! He was able to resolve the clog too. Then since he was there there were three showers that were not getting hot, he was able to address that in the shower handle's. This team was quick, great customer service, communicated what was going on and was reasonably priced. If I have any future issues with plumbing I will be reaching out to Juan!
